JB began speaking to Prep School, College and Professional Sports teams in 2005 and found his passion for his post-military career. After retiring from the US Army in 2010 as a Sergeant Major, JB began his venture into the Leadership and Cultural Development space as a full-time pursuit. For over a decade JB served as a confidant and mentor to professional players and teams in the area of Leader Development, serving as the first ever Executive Director of Leadership & Cultural Development for a NHL team, spawning similar duties for Veterans in the NHL and other professional sports. JB’s 20 plus years working with Fortune 500 and Corporate America teams has forged a keystone in the development of executives and leaders at all levels.

Freddie Scott II is a speaker, educator, and author with a background in professional sports, including playing for the 1994 undefeated Penn State team and in the NFL with teams like the Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis Colts, and Detroit Lions. He holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention. Freddie serves as a Transition Coach for the NFL Player Engagement Program and conducts workshops for the NFL Players Association, focusing on leadership and family dynamics. His book, *The Dad I Wish I Had*, has received national attention for its insights into fatherhood. Honored with the 2013 Kenny Washington Award by the NFL Players Association and a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Tennessee Parent Teacher Association in 2010, Freddie balances his professional endeavors with life as a husband and father of five.
