He holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention. Freddie serves as a Transition Coach for the NFL Player Engagement Program and conducts workshops for the NFL Players Association, focusing on leadership and family dynamics. His book, *The Dad I Wish I Had*, has received national attention for its insights into fatherhood. Honored with the 2013 Kenny Washington Award by the NFL Players Association and a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Tennessee Parent Teacher Association in 2010, Freddie balances his professional endeavors with life as a husband and father of five.
